Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement SMM strategies aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals;
• Manage and schedule content across X / Telegram / Instagram / TikTok and other relevant platforms;
• Ensure consistent tone of voice, visual style and brand messaging;
• Plan and publish different content formats: posts, stories, short videos and visuals;
• Generate creative content ideas, formats and concepts to boost engagement;
• Adapt content for different GEOs, audiences and product specifics;
• Monitor social media trends, competitors and viral formats;
• Track and analyze performance: reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth;
• Optimize content and communication based on data and results;
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams;
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional initiatives on social media;

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in SMM / social media management;
• Practical experience with X, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok;
• Basic knowledge of social media metrics and performance analysis;
• Experience with content planning, scheduling and publishing;
• Strong understanding of tone of voice and visual consistency;
• Ability to generate creative ideas and follow trends;
• Experience working with designers and preparing briefs — a plus;
• Knowledge of iGaming, betting or other high-risk niches — advantageous;
• English level — Upper-Intermediate / B2 or higher;
