• Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks;
• Drive tasks from incoming request to production validation and post-release follow-up;
• Act as the main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates and follow-up after UAT and PROD deploy;
• Plan timelines, coordinate handoffs and manage changes in delivery commitments;
• Track dependencies, process blockers and delivery risks, and escalate when needed;
• Coordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support and external providers;
• Maintain delivery visibility through reporting, workflow transparency and process improvements;
• Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Operations or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment;
• Strong ownership of process, communication and coordination;
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a structured way;
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and strong client-facing communication skills;
• Good judgment on when to follow up, escalate, organise a sync or involve engineering;
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities;
• Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows and system integration concepts is a plus;
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar;
• Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
