• PowerApps & PowerAutomate - build and maintain MDR-specific business applications and workflows;
• Java - develop and maintain background processes and system integrations with the M365 environment;
• SQL - scripts and database jobs for M365 system interactions (MS SQL / Azure SQL);
• Azure Services & APIs - SharePoint / Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Pureview, EntraID Integrations;
• Reports & Forms - implementation and modification within M365;
• Copilot / AI - advisory and potential integration (bonus scoring criterion);
