Responsibilities:
• Own and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth goals;
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Account Managers, SDRs);
• Manage and scale the distributed sales team across Europe;
• Develop sales plans, forecasts, and KPI reporting for strategic planning;
• Personally support closing enterprise deals (€100K+);
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, HR, and Marketing teams;
• Define inbound lead requirements together with Marketing;
• Ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline in CRM systems;
• Build strong partnerships with key clients and new businesses.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in sales/business development leadership roles within an IT services company;
• Proven track record in B2B sales;
• Experience with product-based or ready-made solutions;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities;
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments;
• Advanced English (spoken and written);
• Ukrainian language proficiency is required for internal communication;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Growth-oriented and proactive mindset.
