Lead Product Analyst

Задачи:
• Own and drive product analytics for a large-scale creator economy (millions of users).
• Deep-dive into retention, acquisition, and user behavior across mobile & web.
• Build and evolve data models and domains (not just dashboards).
• Design and analyze A/B tests, propose experiments, influence roadmap decisions.
• Work directly with product leadership — your insights will shape real product changes.

Требования:
• 4+ years as a Product/Data Analyst (consumer products).
• Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, large-scale data).
• Hands-on with Looker / LookML.
• Experience with A/B testing, statistics, experimentation.
• Strong product thinking — ability to challenge and influence decisions.
• English — B2+.
