Project Manager FinTech

We’re hiring a proactive Project Manager (middle/senior level) to join Techno Ltd. Who can own project planning and execution, manage stakeholders, understand technical details, and successfully drive banking software implementation projects. What you’ll work on: You'll manage end-to-end implementation, data migration, and support projects for Card Management Systems (CMS) for banks. CMS solutions manage and control the full card lifecycle.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of project management experience in IT (preferably in software customization/implementation).
• Strong PM skills: process design, risk management, documentation.
• Technical aptitude: ability to grasp product specifics and ask developers the right questions.
• Upper Intermediate+ English.
• Proactivity: ownership mindset, problem-solving in ambiguous situations, and fast adaptation.
• Location in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Georgia.
• This role is focused on hands-on project management and ownership of project outcomes.
