Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models (bank model, sales & costs model) to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Improve forecasting processes for sales and cost assumptions
• Partner with Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
• Run unit economics, cost, and profitability analysis across products and segments
• Support monthly management reporting and variance analysis vs budget/forecast
• Evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives, surfacing risks and opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience in fintech, tech, or startups preferred; audit (Big 4) or corporate finance a plus
• BI tools (Tableau, Databricks) and/or basic SQL an advantage
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence business decisions
• Russian & English speaker
