Tech Lead / Senior Fullstack Engineer

Обязанности:
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making;
• Write production-level code and support the engineering team;
• Provide expertise in blockchain/Web3 and prediction market mechanics;
• Join presale and discovery calls with clients;
• Help with technical project estimation;
• Support the team as a technical expert;
• Contribute to the development of scalable and high-load solutions;

Требования:
• Commercial experience as a Senior/Lead Backend or Fullstack Engineer;
• Experience in crypto / blockchain / fintech / trading-related projects;
• Understanding of prediction markets, trading platforms, betting mechanics, or exchange systems;
• Strong backend development skills;
• Experience with high-load and scalable systems;
• Ability to make independent technical decisions;
• Strong communication skills;
• English B2;

Будет плюсом:
• Experience with Web3 and smart contracts;
• Experience with crypto exchange or trading platforms;
• Understanding of DeFi mechanics;
• Experience in technical consulting or tech leadership;
• Participation in presale or discovery stages;
