Key Responsibilities: ● Develop clear positioning and messaging for paytech’s products, platform modules, and future product lines ● Translate technical functionality into commercially valuable messaging for merchants, PSPs, and other customer segments ● Own communication for new feature launches, releases, and product updates ● Create release notes, feature announcements, landing page copy, demo materials, and launch campaigns ● Work with product, development, and design teams to improve platform usability, onboarding flows, navigation, and product clarity ● Research fintech, payment infrastructure, white-label gateway, and orchestration market trends ● Analyse competitors and identify positioning opportunities ● Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams, making complex product ideas clear and usable ● Support leadership with long-term product communication and positioning strategy ● Help ensure product messaging stays aligned with user needs, business goals, and market expectations
Requirements:
• Experience & Knowledge
• ● Experience in product marketing within fintech, SaaS, or payments
• ● Strong understanding of B2B product positioning
• ● Ability to understand technical products and communicate them clearly
• ● Experience working closely with designers, product teams, or development teams
• ● Experience with fintech or payment-related products is highly preferred
• ● Excellent written English and ability to create clear product-facing communication

• ● Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas without oversimplifying them
• ● Commercially aware, with strategic thinking and a good sense of market positioning
• ● Creative and structured approach to product communication
• ● Strong project management skills and ability to organise multiple initiatives at the same time
• ● Proactive and comfortable working across leadership, product, development, commercial, and design teams
• ● Interest in technical products, user experience, and product clarity
• ● Ability to think both from a business perspective and from the user’s point of view
