Head of PMO

We’re looking for a Head of PMO to own delivery excellence at Nozomi - a digital health product studio building products that improve real healthcare outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a team of Project Managers

• Own end-to-end delivery across all projects (timelines, scope, quality)

• Distribute projects and balance team workload

• Be the main escalation point for risks, blockers, and delivery issues

• Ensure clear, proactive communication with partners

• Own partner satisfaction and expectation management

• Define and evolve PM processes, tools, and standards

• Maintain full portfolio visibility (status, risks, milestones)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Project Management (IT / product / consulting)

• 2+ years leading or managing PM teams

• Proven experience delivering multiple complex projects in parallel

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Experience building and scaling delivery processes

• Strong ownership mindset

• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

• Excellent communication and escalation management skills

• English C1+

Nice To Have:

• Experience in digital health / consulting

• Experience building or scaling PMO functions

• AI tools usage in delivery and reporting
