Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Key Requirements:
• 18–25 years of finance leadership experience
• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing finance (Mandatory)
• Experience as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or Head of Finance
• Expertise in:
• Product Costing & Manufacturing Finance
• FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Inventory & Working Capital Management
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Government Tenders & Commercial Finance
• IFRS, Audit & Corporate Governance
• SAP / Oracle / ERP Systems
• What We're Looking For:
• Strategic finance leader
• Strong manufacturing and cost accounting background
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments
• Proven track record in driving EBITDA growth and operational efficiency
