Team Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Lead, hire, and develop the Project Management team (coaching, performance management)
• Own and improve project management processes, governance, planning, and delivery standards
• Drive prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap execution with stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of CRM, content, VIP, promotional, and retention initiatives
• Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency and predictability
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Product, BI, Design, Dev, Operations)
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact

Requirements:
• 3+ years of project management experience, including team leadership
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives (marketing / CRM / content / product / operations)
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and process optimization
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Russian (native) and English (B2)
